How fees work

There is no monthly fee and no setup fee. Two things are taken from each payment:

1. The platform fee: 5% of the amount, shown in your dashboard.
2. The payment processor's fee: charged by the company that handles the card payment. Rates depend on that provider and your country.

Example

A supporter pays 10.00 for two mockas. The platform fee is 5% of that amount and appears in your dashboard. The processor's own fee is deducted on top of that by the payment provider.

Where to see it

The Overview page shows gross, platform fee and net totals. The Supporters export contains the amount and platform fee of every payment, so you can reconcile with your own books.

Payouts

Your balance is the net total of confirmed payments minus payouts already requested. Request a payout from the Payouts page once you reach the minimum.
