Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MockaJunkie. By creating an account or using a page you agree to them.

The service

MockaJunkie lets creators publish a page and accept one-off support and recurring memberships from supporters. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.

Creators

You are responsible for the content of your page, for what you promise members, and for taxes on what you earn. Do not use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights, or to sell goods and services we do not allow.

Supporters

Support and membership payments go to the creator you choose. Unless the law or the creator says otherwise, one-off support is not refundable. Memberships renew until canceled.

Fees

A platform fee of 5% applies to each transaction, plus the payment processor's fees. We may change fees with notice before the change applies to you.

Payouts

Balances are paid out under the conditions shown in your dashboard. We may withhold or reverse payouts for suspected fraud, chargebacks or breaches of these terms.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Deleting your account removes your page and its data.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees we received from you in the previous 12 months.
